The King Technofill F2 twin head gear pump filling machine is a GMP medium speed semi-automatic liquid filling machine suitable for filling and dosing products with a fill capacity of between 30 ml and 10 litres into glass and plastic bottles and containers.
The revolutions of the gear pumps are counted using encoders and at the end of the predetermined count the pumps stop completing a liquid filling cycle. A preset interval time controls when the motors are restarted again for another liquid filling cycle allowing the operator to change over bottles or containers.
Simple and intuitive operating system with recipe program control allowing fill settings to be stored and recalled by product name. Its features include compact size, versatility, simple setup and operation, easy to clean, repeatable accuracy, fitted with King gear pump or a peristaltic pump, accepts full range of King dispensing nozzles, lightweight and portable.
